Description

Check in is 7:00 a.m.  Hopefully we will start at 8:00 a.m.  This is a practice meet hosted by the Cypresswood Sharks. This is for our swim team only and is a great way to introduce new swimmers and families as to how meets will be run and what to expect. Each swimmer will swim each eligible stroke to establish an updated time to use for their first swim meet of the season.
