Description
All hands on-deck! This is a home meet so
we need lots of volunteers! Please sign up to
volunteer! We make the assumption that
ALL swimmers will be attending each
meet. We know that there will be times when you are unable to
do swim. Not to worry, if you will not be able to
participate in a meet, you must let us know by emailing
Barbara Buzonas, clerkofcourse@cwsharks.com. This lets the coaches & clerk of
course know who will not be there for a meet, and how to place
other swimmers in the competition. It is extremely beneficial
to have pre-planned absences submitted no later
than the Tuesday before the
meet.
If an unexpected
situation occurs on Friday night or Saturday morning,
call Barbara at 281 250-2471

SATURDAY PLEASE - DO NOT CALL FOR ANY OTHER REASON
THAN TO TELL HER THE SWIMMER WILL NOT BE
THERE-------- . We would rather
hear that you are not coming than to search for you on Saturday
morning! If you have website questions, please email
Wendy at webmaster@cwsharks.com. *Please note: Swimmers who ’no
show’ without a scratch form or phone call will not be
entered in relay events the following meet.
