Every summer the Cypresswood Swim Team has approximately 200
participants on the swim team with kids 3 – 18 years of
age. We also have over 200 spectators at each swim meet not
including the other competing swim team and their
spectators. This year’s swim team season will be from
April 24tht through June 28th. This
year’s participants come from the Klein ISD area and The
Woodlands. The Cypresswood Sharks have been so successful in
the pool and have moved up in competitive levels and continue to
compete against the biggest and best teams in the North
area. The huge success of our swim team has been the result of
parent volunteers and sponsorship support from local businesses
like yours that have advertised (yes, advertised and not simply
donated) through our swim team. In fact, most sponsors repeat
year after year. We realize you may receive many requests for
sponsorships and want to make sure your investment will generate a
meaningful return. We have three levels of sponsorship listed
below indicating the advertising exposure with each level. If
you choose to make a donation outside these levels, please know
that any contribution is greatly appreciated.
Bronze Level - $100
donation:

Listing on the Sponsor Board that is prominently
displayed at the pool for one year.

An advertisement on our Shark Swim Team web
page.
·
Announcement of your sponsorship during each of our
home swim meets.

Listing and/or advertisement in the Heat Sheet
program.
Silver Level - $250
donation: (in addition to all benefits listed
above)

Your business banner (provided by you) displayed
during the swim season at the Cypresswood pool.
Gold Level - $500
donation: (in addition to all benefits listed
above)

Your business or name on our team
T-shirts
·
Sponsor plaque for display at your place of
business.
·
Listing and/or advertisements on the Heat Sheet
program front or back cover.
If
you would like to become (or continue to be) a sponsor of the 2009
Swim Team, please make your check payable to Cypresswood Swim
Team. If you intend to donate at the $500 level or above,
please let me know as soon as possible to ensure your business on
the team T-shirts. Please feel free to mail your donation to the
above address or I would be happy to pick it up. Please note,
some sponsors increase their level of sponsorship and advertising
by providing goods/services to the swim team during the swim
season!
